Commercial HOA called us out to help assist with a storm drain system that was causing flooding up against the building during the rainy season. Upon arrival, the technician was able to locate some area drains within the concrete as access points to service this storm drain system. The technician then utilized a hydro jetter through these access points in order to effectively flush and clear the problem areas causing backups within the system. The cause was roots and a lot of dirt / debris build up over the years. The technician then flushed the system with plenty of water to ensure the system was restored with proper flow.
