These guys came out late on a Friday afternoon of a 3-day weekend when no one else could come until Monday! Very professional, great rates!

I have used Drain Mob twice and each time they have been very efficient, friendly and got the job done. They are quick to respond and service my home. Would highly recommend.

These guys are determined to get the job done and they always do. Whether it's quick and easy or requires persistence, I have hired them for multiple unclogging jobs. I'm about to call them again.

This is the second time that I have used Drain Mob. Last time, they came to fix a stopped-up sink. The technician, Billy was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned out the drain and then we had them back to clean out our main sewer line. They used a camera, so we could see the 'before' and 'after.' Today, I had them back because we were getting mysterious small floods in our garage. Again, they were prompt and knowledgeable. Our technician immediately diagnosed the problem, and then we used the camera again to check, and he was right. Call these guys if you have any drain problems!

We have been using Drain Mob's services for years now for our vacation rentals in San Diego and are always impressed with their timeliness and quality of service. They are always our first call for any clogged drain!

Great Service! Called Drain Mob at 8:45 p.m. when the flushing toilet backed up into the shower (never a good sign). Jacob picked up right away, listened to the issue and found a tech for us, even though they were having a busy night. Joey came within the hour and showed us exactly what the issue was (no more flushing those 'flushable' wipes...) and proceeded to get the job done. Drain Mob has very skilled, well-trained, professional, clean and courteous staff. They really know their stuff! Joey ran the mainline and the roof vent and confirmed with the camera that the lines were clear. We were very happy the problem was resolved, quickly and completely!

I used Drain Mob for hydro-jetting and they saved me from having to pay a plumber $10k to replace my drains. Jesse was my tech and he is AWESOME. 10/10 would use again. THANK YOU!!!

Taking a shower this morning & realized that the water in the drain is not going down…UGH! After plunging until my arms were ready to fall off, & pouring DRANO XXX down (to no avail!), I give in & call plumbers. One said he has openings NEXT WEEK, another can come on Friday, & one never answered or called back. Then I get a referrral to DRAIN MOB & what a relief! They showed up today, all they do is drains so there’s no upselling or additional charges for this or that, 15 mins & $220 later, TA-DA!!! I can flush a toilet without seeing it return in a tub or shower!!! What a joy, thank you to Ryan & his partner!!!

These guys are great. Made an appointment for landscape drain cleaning. They showed up on time, scoped the drains and cleared a lot of debris from the drains. They were able to find some trouble spots also that needed repairs. Reasonably priced also. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a house that had a deteriorated cast iron sewer line that needed to be replaced. Drain mob was able to replace a majority of the pipe with ABS and lined the inaccessible parts of the pipe with an epoxy liner. They also fixed a minor issue with the kitchen drainage line that wasn't in the original quote. I haven't had any issues so far and as far as I can tell they did quality work.

I've used drain mob 3 or 4 times now and I love them! I highly recommend them. I've used them to unclog drains and hydrojet as a preventive maintenance. they are very accommodating, knowledgeable, very nice, on time, and friendly. Thanks Jacob... You have a great crew keep up the good work!

Received excellent service from this company. We had drainage issues in the tub and sink. The technician came out within 24 hours, gave us some tips on how to avoid this moving forward, and resolved the problem at a very reasonable cost. Will recommend this company to friends/neighbors and won't hesitate to call them again.

Joe came out on time and was able to scope the main line from the roof vent. He validated the general build-up couldn't be cleared with the scope or snake like a previous plumber who said it needed to be water jetted (the original plumber couldn't because theirs was in the shop). He showed us the clog and explained everything as he went. He quickly jetted the main line and cleared the clog for $100 less than others had quoted us. He also replaced a leaking toilet gasket quickly and efficiently. Overall, I would highly recommend Drain Mob and Joe specifically for your needs.

Had an emergency with a backed-up sewer. Received same-day service with camera and jet. Was very pleased with the competence, customer service, and price. Do not hesitate to call. My go-to plumber now.

Paul was hands down the best technician I’ve worked with! We called around for over an hour and no one was available to come out today. Luckily, Paul from Drain mob called us and let us know he was minutes away. Once he arrived he came in and diagnosed the toilet and quickly got to work. Very professional and courteous, I can’t recommend Drain mob enough! Seriously! Paul turned a bad day around! Thank you so much Paul!

I recently purchased a home with original cast iron pipes. I ended up having the main line back up causing sewage to come out of my drain. I called Billy and his team over to check everything out and ultimately ended up getting my entire mainline repaired with a liner. The entire process was seamless and the level of professional work these guys do is above any other team in SD by far. Every single one of the crew members is an expert at what they do. If you have any plumbing issues don't even waste your time calling other companies for bids because they will rip you off. Billy, Jacob, and his team do honest work with honest rates, they never blow anything out of proportion. I am never calling another company again for plumbing other than Drain Mob

It's not often that you get such great service from any company. From the moment I called, they were responsive, friendly, and professional. Upfront and fair pricing from the start. I had Jesse out at my house to jet my main and solve some slow draining issues, he was extremely friendly and a pleasure to speak to. He explained everything in detail and showed me a video of the condition of my pipe. He offered me options without pushing or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. 10/10 I won't be using anyone else in the future except Drain Mob.
