Clogged toilet in San Diego, CA (College Area)

Property management company called us out to investigate a toilet clog. Upon arrival, the technician located the toilet affected and realized there was not surface level clean out for access to clear the clog. The technician then tried his luck from the roof vent. The technician was able to locate the clog with a camera and effectively run a cable snake to clear the stoppage. When the cable was pulled back, a bunch of flushable wipes were viewed on the cable. A follow up camera inspection was done to check the work performed. Once the pipe was viewed to be cleared, the technician performed a water test to ensure proper flow was restored to the property.
