Washer Not Draining (Laundry Backup) in Vista, CA

Customer called us out to assist with a washer that would not drain. Technician assessed the situation when he got on-site and determined the best way to clear this stoppage was to hop on the roof. Once the technician located the laundry branch line vent, he was able to use a cable snake to alleviate the 2″ branch drain line. The washer was put through a drain cycle in order to test and make sure that proper flow was restored back to this section of the sewer system.
