Urinal Stoppage in Del Mar, CA

Commercial customer called us out to clear a urinal that was overflowing and would not drain. Upon arrival, our technician located the affected urinal and began his assessment. The technician attempted to use an auger to break up the buildup within the drain line but after a water test the urinal was still draining fairly slow. After approval, an acid treatment for the calcified/corroded drain line was performed. This acid treatment was left to sit for 15 minutes and after was flush and cleared. A water test was performed to ensure proper flow was restored following this acid treatment service.
