Commercial customer called us out due to a backed-up toilet in the facility. Upon arrival, the technician found that only the toilet was affected. Utilizing a toilet auger, the technician was able to pull back some rags that were flushed down the toilet. Once cleared, the toilet was functioning properly again. A water test was performed to ensure the toilet had restored flow.
