Customer called us out as a proactive measure to clear the existing storm / landscape drain system before the heavy rain season next year. Upon arrival, the technician was able to utilize a hydro jetter from the exit points on all parts of the storm drain system. This clears the system at its most vital point in order to effectively clear all the smaller area drains that drain to these exit points. The technician then found a couple smaller area drains and a larger catch basin in the backyard to continue the flushing of the storm drain system. In capable areas, the technician was able to utilize a push camera to ensure the quality of work and also mark out any problematic areas that may give issues to in the future. A long flush of the drainage system was performed at the end of the service to ensure flow was restored.
