Homeowner called us out to help assist with a dual storm (landscape/area) drain system that was causing issues of pooling water throughout the property. Upon arrival, the technician was able to locate 2 separate storm drain exit points, at the street curb. The technician started from both exit points at the curb in order to free this point up for the rest of the system to be cleared. After utilizing the hydro jetter from the exit points, he then moved his way to the backyard and worked his way back to the curb cores by hitting each accessible storm drain. After a proper flush of debris, roots and dirt, the technician performed a proper water test to ensure flow was restored.
