Customer called us out during a storm drain pipe repair in order to clear some sections of the pipes, under hardscape, to avoid more excavation on the property. Upon arrival, the technician worked from the curb core (exit point) for the storm drain system in order to clear the flow path for all the area drains upstream from this point. Utilizing the exposed areas for additional access to the storm drain system, the technician was successfully able to pull our large roots (more like branches) with the help of our US Jetting hydro jetters. A careful inspection with a camera was performed in order to ensure proper flow was restored to the system.
