Homeowner called us out to help assist with a storm drain system that was causing flooding when the irrigation of rain would attempt to drain through this respective storm (landscape) drain system. First, the technician cleared the storm drain system from the exit point (at the curb core) in order to effectively move to the area drains in the backyard and along the side yards. Once the systems exit point was adequately cleared, the technician was able to attempt to clear the rest of the drains at the top of the system. Utilizing the hydro jetter from each accessible area drain, the technician was able to get the system to flow once more.
