Customer called us out to proactively flush out the storm drain system on the property. Upon arrival, the homeowner showed the technician all accessible storm system drains and a section of the system that was already dug up. The technician then utilized a hydro jetter through all accessible clean outs on the property. An adequate flush of the system was performed but one section of the system was not able to be efficiently cleaned out due to a compromised pipe. The technician then utilized a small push camera to identify the internal integrity of the storm drain pipe. Due to a large root, the pipe was compromised beyond maintenance. A recommendation to dig up this small section was given to the customer in order to get this system back up to working order.
