Customer called us out to help assist with some outside landscape drains that would continuously overflow or flood up against the side of the homes foundation when it would rain. When the technician arrived on-site, he asked the customer to show him the area drains as well as any curb outlets that could be used to service this storm drain system. The technician found all access points that he could work from and started work. Using the smaller hose of the two hydro jetting hoses, the technician was able to pull out roots and debris from multiple sections of this specific storm drain system layout. The technician then ran a hose in the most affected area drains to ensure proper flow was restored back to these sections.
