Clogged Toilet in Encinitas, CA

Customer called us out to help alleviate a slow draining toilet in the downstairs of the home. After an initial assessment, it was best to pull the toilet and cable snake the drain through the toilet flange. Technician ran cable snake and found that the cast iron sewer pipe had been compromised by a massive root intrusion. Once root was removed, the toilet was reset and tested for proper flow. Technician informed homeowner of the findings and recommended to have on of our estimators come out to assess and give the necessary options for repair or rehabilitation.
