Upon arrival, the technician was shown the affected shower. Taking the drain cover off, the technician was able to utilize a small cable snake for the service. Several passes with the cable snake were made and a significant amount of hair was pulled back on the cable. Taking this off the cable, the technician ran the cable snake through several more times to ensure proper flow was restored back to the affected shower.
