Shower Clog in San Diego, CA (Black Mountain Ranch)

Customer called us out due to a backed-up master bathroom shower. After careful inspection, the technician determined that the clog was located in a common drain line that the shower and master bath sink share. The technician then ran a small cable snake through the underside of the bath sink in order to gain better direct access to the clog. Once the cable was pulled back, a bundle of hair was pulled back with it, and the drain line cleared. The hair was removed and a water test was performed for the shower and bath sink in order to ensure proper flow was restored.
