Upon arrival, the technician found that the garbage disposal for the customers kitchen sink was seized up. After freeing the blades within the disposal this respective side was clear of any backups. While onsite, the customer wanted to ensure that the kitchen drain line was clear down the line, so she asked our technician to proactively run a cable snake through the kitchen branch line. Once completed, the technician performed a water test to ensure proper flow was restored.
