Sewer Mainline Backup in Lemon Grove, CA

Customer called us out to help assist with their mainline sewer backup. Upon arrival, the technician found that all fixtures were not draining properly. The technician then located a mainline clean out on the exterior of the home and began work from this access point. Utilizing a sewer push camera to attempt to see the cause of the blockage. Unfortunately, with the water holding in the sewer pipe, the technician was unable to accurate see the cause of the blockage. Working from the clean out, the technician used a cable snake to unclog this mainline sewer. After everything drained, another inspection with a sewer push camera was performed to ensure the blockage was gone. A proper water test was performed to ensure flow was restored.
