Property management company called us out to clear a sewer stoppage that was affecting the apartment building. Upon arrival, the technicians found that the exterior clean outs were overflowing with sewage and water. The technician attempted to utilize a camera to attempt to see if he can view the blockage or what was causing the blockage. Unfortunately, the technicians could not make out what the blockage was and could not clear it with a traditional cable snake. Utilizing a hydro jetter, the technician was able to effectively clear and clean the effected section of sewer. A camera inspection was then performed to ensure that the pipe was free of the blockage. The technician did see a section of the cast iron that was in bad condition and recommended to dig it up or to reline the pipe internally with an Epoxy Pipe liner.
