Customer called us out to help with a mainline sewer issue. Upon arrival, the technician was able to locate a clean out, access to the sewer mainline, and utilize a camera in an attempt to view what was going on. Once determined it was a mass of toilet paper, the technician got approval to hydro jet the line in order to effectively attack the issue at hand. After several passes with the high-pressured water system the clog was gone, and the pipe was not only cleared but now cleaned for longer service before maintenance like this. A proper water test was performed to ensure flow was restored back to the sewer mainline.
