Customer called us out to assist with a mainline sewer blockage that another plumber could not clear with a generic cable snake. Upon arrival, the technician was shown the mainline clean outs and recommended a hydro jetting service to effectively clear the line but also provide some longevity as it is a deeper cleaning service for the existing system. Utilizing the mounted hydro jetter on his service truck, the technician was able to clear the blockage for the client. A camera inspection was performed after the service to determine the cause of the blockage as well as to ensure proper flow was restored.
