Sewer Drain Cleaning in Point Loma, Ca

Upon arrival, the technician was told that all of the drains in the bathroom were not draining properly and a lot of sewage keeps coming up in the bathtub. The technician realized this was a mainline sewer issue and went outside to locate a clean out in order to access the backed up section. The technician found a clean out on the side of the home that was extended form inside the crawl space. Utilizing a cable snake and a sewer push camera, the technician was able to clear the backed up section and view that the line was original cast iron material. Due to the jagged edges from the scale build up, paper will continue to catch and cause clogs in the future. The technician explained this to the home owner and recommended a long term solution estimate from our in-house team. An appointment was set with the technician and the office, for an estimator to come on site. Lastly, the technician performed a water test to ensure the blockage was cleared fully.
