Customer called us out to help clear a bathtub that was holding water. Upon arrival, the technician found that the bathtub was the only drainage issue on the property. The technician then used a cable snake through the bathtub overflow and was able to clear the blockage. After pulling the cable snake back, the technician viewed a lot of hair on his cable snake causing the back up. A water test was performed to ensure the bathtub was restore with proper flow.
