Customer called us to help assist him with a personal hydro jetter that he got stuck in his mainline sewer pipe. Upon arrival, the technician found the clean out the homeowner was working from when he got his hydro jetter stuck. The technician attempted to retrieve the rock but was unsuccessful. The technician brought our installation team into the picture and we were able to utilize our in-house robotic tool, the DanCutter, in order to break the rock into smaller pieces. The small pieces were then pushed out to the city main in order to free the homeowner’s sewer mainline of this obstruction. A proper water test was done to ensure the flow was restored.
