Customer called us out to help clear a backed-up kitchen sink that was consistently causing issues. Upon arrival, the technician was able to centralize the issue to the 2″ kitchen branch drain line. The technician then used a cable snake and was able to clear some heavy grease build up around 15ft into the drain line, working from the waste arm under the sink. The cable snake was then ran a few more times to ensure an effective service was performed. The plumbing under the sink was put back together and a water test was performed to ensure the proper flow was restored.
