Customer called us out after hours due to a massive mainline backup causing flooding in the bathroom. After careful assessment on site, the technician found an exterior mainline clean out to perform service from. Using a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the holding water and determine a root mass has compromised the sewer mainline. A hydro jetting service was needed in order to rip and clear the roots completely. Customer was relieved of the issue at hand and requested for Drain Mob to give estimates for repair/rehabilitation to combat this problem long term.
