Roots in Clogged Toilet in Rancho Bernardo, CA

Customer called us out to help solve the stoppage in the downstairs toilet. Since no other drains were affected, the technician was able to determine that the blockage had to be centralized to this drain. After using a 6ft toilet auger, the technician started to pull back roots. A deeper assessment was need so the technician had to pull the toilet. Once the toilet was pulled, the technician was able to view a massive root intrusion that was causing the toilet to clog. After running a cable snake through the toilet flange, the technician was able to pull out the massive root and provide alleviation to this respective toilet. Water was tested by flushing the toilet to ensure proper flow was restored.
