Property management company called us out to preventatively clear some roof drains that would previously be backed up when rainy season hit. Upon arrival, the technician made sure to let the property management know that he needed a good amount of space to park the service truck as well as string 200+ feet of hydro jetting hose. Once safely in place, the technician ran the hydro jetting hose through the exit point of the storm drain system (on the ground level) and then down the two-roof storm drains that were periodically blocked.
