Restaurant called us out to help with a floor drain and a floor sink were backing up during the hours of service. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the backed up floor drain of a soft stoppage in order to restore the flow. Then he worked from a nearby floor sink that was not draining properly. Utilizing a cable snake as well, he was able to clear this floor sink of food debris and grease that were stuck in the line. After running water, the technician confirmed that drainage was restored.
