Restaurant called us out to help with some kitchen floor drains that were not draining properly. This was an issue because their commercial dishwasher was hooked up to one of the affected drains. Upon arrival, multiple drains were backed up and the technician was able to locate 3 separate areas of blockage. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to easily clear the 3 areas of concern and get the kitchen back up and running properly. After the service, the technician ran the affected fixtures and several cycles of the dishwasher in order to confirm that flow was restored.
