Customer called us out to assist them with a mainline and kitchen drain line back up. Upon arrival, the technician located clean out access points for both the mainline sewer and the kitchen branch drain line. The technician first cleared the mainline blockage in order to effectively clear the kitchen branch line. Utilizing a hydro jetting for both services, the mainline and kitchen branch drain line were cleaned and not just cleared. A sewer push camera was used to view the hydro jetting service as well as checking to see if any debris was left in the respective sections of the sewer system. A water test was performed in order to ensure proper flow was restored.
