Customer called us out due to the toilet not flushing properly. Technician found a mainline clean out in the front of the building that was not holding any water. The technician then concluded that the problem was centralized to the toilet itself and needed to remove the toilet to perform work. Using a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the drain line of the soft stoppage that was causing the back up for the facilities. A proper water test was performed before the toilet was reset to ensure the clog was cleared. The toilet was then reinstalled and flushed to test that proper install was performed.
