Property management company called us out to help assist a backed-up washer in the apartment complex laundry room. Upon arrival, the technician was able to determine that only one of the washers was affected. The technician was able to locate a Stan Pipe servicing this washer as access to utilize a cable snake. The cable snake was ran making several passes through this drain line servicing the affected washer. Lint and debris were pulled back on cable freeing the line of its obstruction. A load was done to ensure the proper flow was restored when the washer dumps water.
