Upon arrival, the technician was shown a laundry line that was backed up into the wash sink. After careful inspection, the technician could not find a surface level clean out or access point due to the plumbing under the wash sink being glued together. The technician then jumped on the roof to attempt to clear the clog from the roof. He first utilized a small size sewer push camera to view the integrity of the drain line. Then the technician recommended to hydro jet the impacted laundry branch line. Utilizing a smaller sized hydro jetting hose, the technician was able to clear the clog and thoroughly clean the affected 2″ drain line. A camera inspection was performed after to ensure the clog was gone and a water test was done to ensure that proper flow was restored.
