Laundry Drain Snaking in Kearny Mesa, CA

Customer called us out to perform a cable snaking service due to a backed-up washer and wash sink. Upon arrival, the technician attempted to find a surface level clean out of access point to work form but unfortunately there was not one present. The technician then made his way onto the roof and worked from the laundry line vent access. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the clog from this access point. The technician ran a wash cycle to ensure that proper flow was restored.
