Customer called us out due to a backed-up laundry drain line. the customer noticed this because the wash sink in her laundry room was holding water and sewage. The technician attempted to access this drain line from the original cast iron clean out but was unsuccessful due to the clean out being seized (stuck) and making it too difficult to open the access point. The technician then moved to the roof and was able to utilize a cable snake to unclog this blockage. A proper water test was performed in order to ensure the flow was restored.
