Property manager called us out to help clear a shared laundry room for a duplex apartment. Upon arrival, the technician found the affected laundry room that had sewage coming from a floor drain. Utilizing a cable snake from this floor drain, the technician was able to effectively clear the blockage. Running water behind him to ensure flow was restored, the technician proceeded to utilize a sewer push camera in order to confirm with his own eyes as well. A proper clean of the flooded area was performed before leaving the site.
