Customer called us out due to water pooling near the front door when the sprinklers on or when it rained. When the technician arrived onsite, he assessed the property and found the landscape drains exit point at the curb as well as a few “Area” drains that allowed the water to drain throughout the property. The technician then recommended a hydro jetting service to clear the system of dirt, sand, debris and roots. After the hydro jetting service was completed, a camera was used to ensure that the landscape drain system was flushed of the debris previous in the line. Proper flow was viewed at the curb core to ensure the water was flowing out of the system.
