Customer called us out due to a kitchen sink that would slowly drain but back up once in use. Upon arrival, the technician found that only the kitchen sink was affected. The technician then took apart the plumbing under the sink and was able to utilize a cable snake through this access. After several passes, the technician was able to clear the drain line of grease and food waste. The technician then put the plumbing back together and performed a water test to confirm that drainage was restored.
