Once our technician was on site, he performed his own investigation to ensure the information was relayed over to the customer properly. The technician then got approval to hydro jet the sewer line in order to effectively clear and clean the sewer mainline. Once the mainline was cleaned out the technician then used a sewer push camera to ensure the service was completed properly. The mainline was tested with water to ensure proper flow.
