Customer called us out to investigate why sewage was coming up through the toilets, showers and sinks within the home. Upon arrival, the technician was able to determine that the customers mainline was backed up. This was the cause of all of the drains backing up with sewage. The technician found a clean out that accessed the mainline sewer pipe. After getting approval, the technician was able to hydro jet the mainline sewer clearing it of a soft stoppage of toilet paper and wipes. A sewer push camera was used to ensure the blockage was gone. The technician then performed a water test for all the drains to ensure proper flow was restored.
