Customer called us out to help with a sewer mainline backup. Upon arrival, the technician found that the homeowner was not able to use any drains in the house without something baking up or overflowing. The technician utilized a sewer push camera to see how far in length the clog was in relation to where the access point was. The technician was able to use the camera and clear the clog to get a visual on what the cause of the blockage was. Roots were the first thing seen on camera and clearly was the culprit in the blockage.  A hydro jetter was utilized by the technician in order to effectively clear and clean this section of the sewer mainline. A flush of the system was performed in order to confirm proper flow was restored.
