Customer called us to help assist with a mainline backup that was not allowing the occupants to flush the toilets, run the sinks or even do laundry within the home. Upon arrival, the technician was shown an access point in the lower-level garage. This gave access mainline sewer access to the technician. First, a sewer camera was run in order to determine approximately where the clog was and how far in length. With customer approval, the technician was able to hydro jet this compromised section of pipe to effectively clear and clean the stoppage. Once the clog was hydro jetted out, the technician ran that camera once more to ensure the clog was pushed all the way out. A water test was performed to double check that flow was restored.
