Hydro Jetting Service for Mainline in Oceanside, CA

Property management company called us out to help assist with a backed up mainline for their apartment building. Upon arrival, the on-site maintenance showed our technician a 6″ mainline clean out in front of the property. Utilizing a sewer push camera, the technician was able to locate a blockage out towards the street. From this access point, the technician then used a hydro jetter to clean out the affected mainline sewer of debris and heavy grease build up. Using a push camera after this service, the technician noticed a belly, or low spot in the sewer system, that was causing water to pool and create a dam like situation. This was catching debris, grease and food waste overtime until it would eventually backup. The sewer system was flows well after the service, but the technician recommended long term repairs or annual preventative maintenance to combat the low spot in the respective section of sewer.
