Customer called us out to help assist with some root intrusions in the clay joints. After viewing the mainline with a push camera, the technician was able to find 4 separate root intrusions within the clay joints. The technician then ran a hydro jetter through the mainline out to the city connection removing the root intrusions. While onsite, the technician also hydro jetted the 2″ kitchen branch drain line in order to preventative clean this section of sewer as well. Both drain lines were checked with a camera to ensure the service performed was successful. A water and paper test were done to ensure proper flow was restored.
