Homeowner called us out to assist with a backup at their property. Upon arrival, the technician found that the backup was a mainline sewer issue affecting all of the drains in the house. The homeowner showed the technician a mainline sewer clean out that he could possibly work from. From this access the technician was able to attempt to view with the camera in order to effectively hydro jet the issue. After several passes with the hydro jetter, the technician cleaned the mainline of what seemed to be a massive root intrusion coming in from a buried cleanout. The technician viewed the line with a sewer push camera in order to get a precise location of the buried clean out (for future or immediate repair action) and provided the information to the cusotmer. A proper flush of the line was performed to ensure the mainline sewer was flowing.
