(Hydro Jetting) Mainline Sewer Backup in La Mesa, CA

Customer called us out and explained that the toilet on the lower level of the home had flooded the bathroom in the studio. When the technician arrived on-site he was able to determine that the entire mainline was backed up. After approval, the technician performed a hydro jetting service to clear the blockage. Then the drain line was viewed with a camera and a joint was determined to have a root mass growing into it. The technician was able to effectively spot jet the roots completely out of the mainline sewer. A water test was done to ensure proper flow was restored for the property.
