Hydro Jetting Kitchen Drain & Object Discovery in Hill Crest, CA

Customer called us out to help with a stubborn kitchen drain that was continually backing up. Upon arrival, the kitchen sink was still backed up and not draining. The technician extracted the standing water and disassembled the plumbing under the sink. Utilizing a cable snake and a smaller hydro jetter, the technician was able to clear the line of standing water. After a deeper investigation with a sewer camera, the technician was able to see that there was an object in the drain pipe. Unfortunately, the object was too deep in the pipe for the technician to successful clear or remove with the tools on hand. An estimator was set up to come over and get the customer options for a long-term solution for this unfortunate situation.
