Customer called us out to help assist with a mainline sewer that was backed up. Upon arrival, the technician located an overflowing clean out in the sidewalk. Using this access point, the technician ran a cable snake and was able to clear the clog. After careful inspection with the camera, it appears that the mainline had an offset that was catching baby wipes that were being flushed down the toilet. After a proper water test was performed, the mainline was confirmed to have flow restored. A recommendation to stop using baby wipes was given to the customer.
