Customer called us out for a proactive service to their old cast iron mainline that usually gives them issues around this time of year. Upon arrival, the mainline was not backed up but the existing cast iron was heavily built up with scale (calcified debris and rust build up over the years) and visibly catching small items as they would pass in some sections of the mainline sewer. The technician then used a hydro jetter to clean the mainline sewer pipe both up toward the house as well as out toward the city mainline. A sewer push camera was used to ensure the service was completed and successful.
