Customer called us out due to the kitchen sink holding water. Upon arrival, the technician could not find a clean out for the kitchen drain line and as a result the technician had to go through the plumbing under the sink. A cable snake was used to unclog the stoppage within this branch drain line. The plumbing was put back together in order to run water. A water test was performed and the proper flow was restored.
